The search committee met last night for an interview of a candidate. The interview went well but the awesome time - was a wonderful act of peacemaking that occured near the end of a long evening. It was a God thing. Keep praying. TomH
God has been doing amazing things on our family's lives! He has sold our home in Burke. He has provided us with a new home in Williamsburg. He has helped us move out of our home. He has provided a home through close friends of ours while we are in transition. He has gotten Travis through another semester of Seminary. He has provided for all of our needs according to His riches in glory - He is amazing!
Over the last week at least 20 people from Barcroft helped the Simon family with their move. Not only did people help on Saturday but some helped pack during the week and others provided food. This was not only a terrific blessing to them but also to me. When I volunteered to help organize the workers it was a step of faith because I had no idea if there would be a good turn out. I was even busy the day of the move. Thank you for your selfless giving and faithfulness to the body.
